The Customer has the right to cancel an order, before receiving the purchased products within 1 hour from the placement of the order, unless the product is already being dispached to the shipping company.

Τhe customer needs to send a cancellation statement to the e-mail address info@virsa.gr. 

Our products are made to order, handcrafted, specifically created for each of our customers, according to the production specifications of each bag model.

Products shipped to Greece and the European Union may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are returned in their original condition and quality. The returned products must be in the original high quality of receipt. Before returning any product, the customer must contact our store for return instructions.

However, according to EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods. Therefore, products modified upon customer request, customized products, and personalized products are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformity.

Returns from third countries are not accepted (due to high return duties), unless there are quality problems or if the product is different from the one you ordered. In any case, customers may contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to provide the most appropriate solution.
