The Customer has the right to cancel an order, before receiving the purchased products within 1 hour from the placement of the order, unless the product is already being dispached to the shipping company.

Τhe customer needs to send a cancellation statement to the e-mail address info@virsa.gr. 

Our products are made to order, handcrafted, specifically created for each of our customers.

If you wish to return the products you purchased, you have the right to do so. The returned products must be in the original high quality of receipt. Before returning, you must contact our store for processing details.

Products shipped to Greece and the European Union may be returned up to 14 days from their receipt.

According to EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal is legally excluded for goods manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items.

Returns from third countries are not accepted (due to high return duties), unless there are quality problems or if the product is different from the one you ordered.
