RETURNS AND CHANGES POLICY

Cancellation of an order before delivery (right of withdrawal before delivery).

The Customer has the right to cancel the order, i.e. to cancel the purchase transaction before receiving the purchased products within 24 hours from the placement of the order.

In this case, the Customer sends a cancellation statement to the virsa.gr to the e-mail address info@virsa.gr. The virsa.gr will accept the cancellation and will refund the price to the customer by crediting his credit card only if the (purchased) product(s) products have not been delivered to the courier company for delivery to the Customer.

If they have already been given to the fast-hauling business, then the cancellation will be considered as a return of the products according to the following terms.

Change of products after delivery

If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he/she has the right to request the exchange of the purchased product within 2 days of receipt. In this case, the Customer may send an e-mail to virsa.gr at the above mentioned e-mail address, info@virsa.gr and contact by telephone at 2310 615 994, requesting the replacement of the product with another product of his choice.

For replacement of a non-defective, non-damaged or generally non-defective product, the customer bears the cost of return shipping (courier, carrier, postal or other), which will be at his own risk.

Changes will not be accepted for products that were sold at a discount at the time of purchase.

If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the Customer will be notified electronically, by e-mail, to proceed to a new payment procedure (for the payment of the difference). The e-mail will contain a link on the payment website of this website, through which the Customer will enter all the necessary payment details in accordance with the terms below. If the new product has a lower price than the returned product then 2310 615 994, will credit to the Customer the difference according to the listed below.

Return of Products after delivery (Right of withdrawal after delivery)

If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he/she has the right to return the product purchased and request a refund of the price paid, as provided by the Greek legislation on consumer protection (right of withdrawal from a sale), within 2 days of receipt. In this case, the Customer sends an email/e-mail to virsa.gr at the email address noted above info@virsa.gr and contacts by telephone at 2310 615 994, requesting the return of the product against the refund of the price paid.

For the return of a non-incorrect, not damaged or generally non-defective product for the purpose of refunding the money, the customer undertakes the shipping costs of the return (courier, transport, post office or other), which will be done at his own risk.

Deadline for change or return of products

Any request for a change or return of a product must be sent within 2 full days of receipt of the product. Requests for exchange or return of products after the 7 full days period are accepted only in case of defective products in accordance with the greek law, based on the provisions applicable to sales contracts.

Terms and conditions for the validity of a product change or return

Return or change the entire product

Both the right to change and the right to return the product (right of withdrawal from the sale) concern the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on only part of the product.

List of returned products

The return or change of a product will not be accepted if it is proved that the product has been used and will be returned at the customer's charge.  The products must be returned (for a refund or for change) in their original condition, complete and intact and their original packaging has not been unsealed.

Ship of products in the virsa.gr

In the case of shippers in the absence of error and liability by Virsa the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The Customer sends via e-mail an e-mail to the virsa.gr to the e-mail address noted above info@virsa.gr and communicates by phone at 2310 615 994, requesting the return or change of the product. The cost of shipping the products to be returned or changed outside Greece is borne by the customer.

For each product returned or for which a change is requested, the Customer must include at the time of the Ship a copy of the receipt of the original purchase.

Delivery cost for products whose change is requested.

In the case of an incorrect, damaged or defective product, for which the change is requested, the Customer will not be charged the cost for the second receipt of the new product acquired after the change.

Conditions for the return of products.

In case of non-fulfillment of any of the above conditions, the virsa.gr is entitled either (a) to consider that the right of change or return was not validly exercised and therefore not to accept the return or change of the product or (b) especially in the case of products that are not returned intact, complete, intact and with their original packaging sealed.

Refund of price

As soon as the virsa.gr received a request for return or change of product and provided that the above conditions are met, it will credit the credit card, bank account or PayPal of the Customer with the relevant amount. To process the request and make the credit registration usually takes 7 business days.

The Customer will be notified as soon as the return/change request has been fully processed.  In the above case that the virsa.gr is entitled to compensation for defects in the returned products, it will have the right to offset the relevant amount of the compensation claimed against the price to be refunded.
