Cancellation of an order before delivery (right of withdrawal before delivery).

Για αλλαγή μη λανθασμένου, μη κατεστραμμένου ή γενικότερα μη ελαττωματικού προϊόντος, ο πελάτης αναλαμβάνει τα έξοδα αποστολής της επιστροφής (κούριερ, μεταφορική, ταχυδρομείο ή άλλο), η οποία θα γίνεται με δική του ευθύνη.

Κάθε αίτημα για αλλαγή ή για επιστροφή προϊόντος πρέπει να αποστέλλεται εντός 2 πλήρων ημερών από την παραλαβή του προϊόντος. Conditions for the return of products.

In case of non-fulfillment of any of the above conditions, the is entitled either (a) to consider that the right of change or return was not validly exercised and therefore not to accept the return or change of the product or (b) especially in the case of products that are not returned intact, complete, intact and with their original packaging sealed.
