The customer reserves the right to cancel the order after contacting us by e-mail at sales@virsa.gr or by phone at 2310 615 994, within 24 hours of the order.

The capability cancellation given to the customer has a time limit until before delivery to the shipping company.

If the product has been delivered to the shipping company or has been shipped for delivery, the customer cannot cancel the order.

In this case, the customer must receive the order and then follow the return procedure.

In case of refusal of receipt or indifference to receipt of the order or similar malicious act on the part of the buyer, the buyer is obliged to deposit the shipping costs.

The online store virsa.gr reserves the right to take legal action in order to claim damages that may have arisen as a result of an online or telephone order of the customer.
